SAUNA is an Chromo + Vibroacoustic Art Experience.
This exhibition utilizes Chromotherapy & Vibroacoustic therapy. Chromotherapy Is the use of the visible spectrum, or color light, to heal the physical, mental and spiritual energy imbalance that tends to lead to dis-ease. Vibroacoustic (Vibrational sound therapy) can retune your body, mind and spirit, encouraging relaxation, healing and wellness. Both UNAPXLXGETIC x Lady Vic will provide the above corresponding through the use of Chakras-Themed Paintings, Poetry & Sound Meditation.

SAUNA exhibition invites the viewer on an introspective journey of their own life sequences and to consider a more conscious connection to the world and self.
The Exhibition aims to cleanse and replenish the Spirit, Mind & Body through color (visual painting) sound (sound baths/mediation) and Poetry.
Viewers will learn the influences and meanings of colors which is invaluable to understanding our world and our own behavior patterns.
